Usage & Limits
Shows the plan attached to your account and how much of the allowance you have used. The numbers come from your account — the app does not estimate them.
Open Settings (Ctrl/Cmd+U) → Usage & Limits.
Current plan
A card with your plan name and a Weighted Tokens badge. When the billing cycle is known, a line shows the renewal date. Two buttons open the billing area in your browser:
- Upgrade Plan
- Manage Billing
Weighted-token pool
Until the account has reported usage, the section says that usage will appear after you start chatting. After that, each window that applies to your plan is a row with a progress bar. The bar turns amber once you pass 80% of the allowance. Under the bar, a line says when that window resets.

A row only appears when that window has a limit on your plan.
Weekly sub-limits
When your plan includes them, extra rows show the weekly allowance for Reasoning and Images, with the same progress bar and reset line. Image usage is shown as a count of images when the account reports it that way.
Rate limits
The limits enforced on your account — requests per minute, concurrent sessions, and the maximum context window. This block appears after the account has sent those limits.
If you hit a limit while chatting, a banner at the top of the conversation explains what ran out and when it resets. When an upgrade is available, Upgrade opens the billing area.
